How to prepare Halloween cupcakes
We will start by turning on the oven to preheat it to 180ºC. We take a mold for cupcakes and cover with pyrotines or paper molds. We booked.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Then, in another bowl, beat the margarine and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Add the vanilla essence and beat again. With the mixer on low speed, add the dry ingredients and milk alternately in 3 parts, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients, beating just until smooth.
We fill our cupcake molds with the dough, more or less ¾ of the mold, taking into account that it will rise in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a rack. Check out more interesting articles on our FUN Blog.
The decoration is very simple. First we spread hazelnut and cocoa cream all over the surface of the cupcake, and then we put a good amount of chocolate noodles on top and turn to remove the excess.
We will place 2 candy eyes on top of which we have painted the pupil in black with the food marker.
With the help of a wooden stick we will make 3 holes on the opposite sides of each cupcake; inside each hole we will insert the licorice to make the legs of the spider.
As you can see, it is a very simple Halloween recipe , very striking and with ingredients that we all like. The cupcakes are very rich and fluffy, and the cocoa cream gives them just the right sweet touch.
